After meeting with us and putting in an offer Sunday night on a last minute request for a home that went up earlier that day, his offer recommendations on the first house we truly wanted led us to beat out six other offers. While selling our old home, our final accepted offer was well above ask and the contract was signed within 2 days. We will definitely be using and recommending Braden for any of our future real estate purchases in the Columbia, SC area.
